1) Forget multi-tasking and the ADD lifestyle the world pushed on us these days. Learn to focus and smell the “roses” whatever they are, good or bad.

2) Sleep is really, really important. Make it a priority and you will be much healthier and more pleasant.

3) Have a reason to get out of bed in the morning that excites you. If you don’t have one, look long and hard for one.
